Terms of Service

You may use the service only for lawful business communications and commerce operations. You must have all permissions and customer consents required for the messages, customer data, products, and connected accounts you process.

You are responsible for authorized-user access, accurate account information, secure credentials, and promptly reporting suspected compromise. You may not bypass tenant isolation, access another organization, probe the service, distribute malware, or misuse provider APIs.

Your use of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, payment, courier, and other integrations must comply with each provider’s policies, messaging windows, template rules, consent requirements, and acceptable-use terms. Provider approval or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Each tenant controls the customer and commerce data it submits. The tenant authorizes Digitrix Connect to process that data solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted service and to comply with law.

Features may evolve, and reasonable maintenance may occur. We may suspend access when required to prevent fraud, security incidents, illegal activity, material policy violations, or harm to the platform or others.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement. Liability is limited as provided by the applicable subscription or enterprise agreement.
