Privacy Policy

We process account and organization details, authentication and security records, customer contact information submitted by a tenant, messages and message metadata, orders and commerce records, connected-channel identifiers, operational logs, and support communications.

When an authorized administrator connects Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp, we process the Page, professional account, WhatsApp Business account, phone-number identifiers, access credentials, messages, attachments, delivery events, and customer profile fields made available through approved Meta APIs. Provider credentials are encrypted at rest and are never displayed back in full.

Information is used to authenticate users, provide the unified inbox, route conversations, send authorized replies, operate commerce workflows, prevent abuse, maintain audit records, troubleshoot failures, and meet contractual and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Information may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, object-storage, communications, security, and AI service providers acting under contract. Data is shared with Meta and other connected providers only as required to perform actions initiated or configured by the tenant.

We apply tenant isolation, role-based access control, encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate, secret redaction, audit logging, and restricted provider credentials. Information is retained only for legitimate service, security, contractual, and legal needs, then deleted or anonymized according to applicable retention rules.

Users may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion where applicable. A tenant administrator may disconnect a channel at any time. Meta-related deletion requests can be submitted through our Data Deletion page.
